[MOIMS] MOIMS Schedule for Nov 04 IWS

Dear  WG Chairman,

As you might be aware the MOIMS Area will not have all the WGs colocated in
Toulouse between 15th - 19th Nov 2004.

DAI / IPR WGs will meet between 2nd - 8th Nov 2004
NAV / SCM WGs will meet between 15th - 19th Nov 2004

There will be no MOIMS Opening Plenary, but a general closing one (including DAI
/ IPR WGs chairman via telecon).

My initial proposal would be to have the Plenary on Thursday 18th Nov at 15.00
hrs CET (9.00 hrs at Goddard). I assume that the meeting will take 2 hours (and
this is why I suggest Thursday, because several staff will leave around 4 pm on
Friday towards the Toulouse airport).

Please let me know if you agree.
