ADs and DADs: the Secretariat has kindly done the following:

a) Divided the operating plan into individual Area folders in DocuShare.
b) Placed the individual WG charters into the Area folders where they belong.
c) Set the permissions individually for each collection.
   (The AD, Deputy AD, WG Chair and Deputy WG Chair each have read and write
    permission to only the collections they have responsibility for).

In preparation for the Fall 2004 meeting series, it's now time for each Area to
review and update the individual WG/BOF charters and schedules to reflect the
attached current resource commitment from the Agencies (and any other
adjustments that you find necessary).

PLEASE, THEREFORE, NO LATER THAN 13 SEPTEMBER 2004:

1. Have each of your WG/BOF Chairs log-in to
http://www.ccsds.org/docu/dscgi/ds.py/View/Collection-544 and click on the
appropriate Area folder.

2. Click down into the folder's structure to find the Word file for that WG or
BOF.

3. Click on the file to be worked and save the file outside of DocuShare.

4. Review and update the file as necessary in your local environment. Please add
the date of the revision as the first line of the updated file.

5. After reviewing the file and making any required changes, send the file back
to me via e-mail, with a copy to Steve Harris <stephen.harris at btas.com>

Steve will then incorporate the inputs and compile Version 3 of the Operating
Plan, which will be published as the baseline for Fall 2004.
