The attached MOIMS/SOIS MOU was approved unanimously by a poll of all CCSDS
Areas during the Great Summer Snooze and is attached for your reference.
This is a CESG-internal document and both of the cognizant Area Directors
should distribute and store copies of the agreement.

Other Areas who need to clarify their working relationships are strongly
encouraged to draft similar MOUs for approval.
