Resolution MOIMS-SM&C WG-R-2019-10-002: Approval to publish the Blue Book 
CCSDS 522.0, MISSION OPERATIONS - COMMON SERVICES
The MOIMS AD,
CONSIDERING that the book MISSION OPERATIONS - COMMON SERVICES (522.0) is 
a chartered project of the SM&C WG and has undergone Agency Review,
RECOGNIZING that the book has been updated in accordance with the Agency 
Review RID dispositions in agreement with the RID authors,
and RECOGNIZING that the recommendations have been successfully 
prototyped,
REQUESTS that the CCSDS Secretariat initiate the polls to release the 
recommendation as a CCSDS Blue Book.

1.      Updated recommendation (with and without change bars)

2.      Consolidated list of received RIDs and their disposition

3.      Yellow Book with the result of the prototyping
