[Moims-sc] SM&C WG Telecon

Sorry for the short notice.

We would like to have a one-hour SM&C telecon to go over our plans for the meetings in the Hague.

In addition, we will look at the status of the 8 or 9 documents we have been working on, talk about developing some realistic scenario to help show-off the SM&C value, and talk again about future directions for the Working Group.
