[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] Request for SANA Registry Update

Dear SANA:
          
The CCSDS Navigation WG would like to request the addition of "COMSPOC" to the registry "Conjunction Data Message CATALOG_NAME".

Additionally, we would like to request, if possible, that the "Conjunction Data Message CATALOG_NAME" become a sub-registry under the "CCSDS Navigation Standards Normative Annexes" in the SANA registry.
