[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] Request for SANA Registry Update

Dear SANA:
          
The CCSDS Navigation WG would like to request the addition of entries "ICRF" and "ITRF" to the values in the "Celestial Body Reference Frames" SANA registry. Note that we already have entries for the periodic updates ICRFn and ITRFyyyy; these entries should remain. With these un-indexed names we intend to denote the "latest" version of the particular reference frame. The full reference frame descriptions do not need to be repeated; the description for these un-indexed names can be something like "Latest version of the ICRFn reference frame" and "Latest version of the ITRFyyyy reference frame".
