[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] Request for CCSDS Navigation Standards Normative Annex Registry: "Orbital Covariance Matrix Types"

Hello SANA...
                
Attached is material that the CCSDS Navigation WG would like to register with the SANA in the "Orbital Covariance Matrix Types" registry (to be a sub-registry of https://sanaregistry.org/r/navigation_standard_normative_annexes OID [1.3.112.4.57.6] ). In the "SANA-Annex-mockup" I sent some time ago, this registry was called simply "Covariance Matrices", but more qualification in the title seem desirable given that there may at some point be an analogous registry related to spacecraft attitude covariance matrices. As you have done in the registries previously provided for the Navigation WG, please add a "References" column in the Registry (it is not shown in the attached document). The Working Group is still working on references to add to the https://sanaregistry.org/r/references registry, as we discussed with Julien Bernard at Berlin.
            
Once this material is available on the SANA, we will be able to start modifying our standards documents to remove annexes that currently contain this material, and refer customers to the SANA for values for the associated keywords. 
            
The Working Group is still completing the detail for a few remaining sub-registries we have previously discussed with you, and will provide them as we complete them.
