Thanks for doing this! I've attached my comments on some of the terms in the glossary. I've read them in the Green Books many times, but the current effort by you and Patrick to move material to SANA caused me to look a little closer.

Hello Patrick (and other members of the Nav WG),

I pulled all the glossary terms from both Nav Green Books (Definitions & Conventions and Message Overview) and created a superset in the attached spreadsheet.  This list has not been matched against existing terms in the SANA registry:  https://sanaregistry.org/r/terms
My approach is to ensure we are self-consistent among these terms that had been in the Nav Green Books, then work through the existing SANA glossary terms.

There are several areas of suggested changes in the spreadsheet set of terms.  I marked text in gray font that I think we should delete.  Orange font represents text to include, or in some cases, when matched with yellow-orange font, are suggested replacements for the yellow-orange font.  Column D lists alternative definitions we could use instead of those in Column C.

I’d appreciate your feedback before taking the next step to vet against the SANA registry and ensure SANA aligns with our terminology choices.
