I have attached some materials from the Spring Meetings... 

1. Monday's Opening Plenary presentation
2. Friday's Nav WG Closing Plenary presentation
3. Options discussion from Friday's discussion on comprehensive navigation message (thanks to Cheryl for the first cut, this is updated from the discussion Friday and is subject to further discussion).
4. Action Items from the Meetings (first cut)
5. Telecon schedule from now until Fall 2018 Meetings (schedule invites and webex info to follow).
6. Five Year Plan (from Friday morning's discussion... note this may require an update based on outcome of discussion on item #3 above).
