[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] RDM White Book 5 Review Assignments

Alexandru recently distributed the RDM White Book 5.

Since there is some new material in WB5 (comment dispositions from WB4 and XML material), we are planning one more pre-Fall meeting review. Then at the Fall Meeting it is likely that we will be able to make a resolution to the Area Director to initiate the Agency Review (which is the Red Book turning point). As you may recall, at the San Antonio meetings we made a tentative plan to start an Agency Review in 2017.

In support of that plan, I have attached a set of document review assignments and a blank CRM into which your comments can be placed. Everyone is welcome to review the entire document, however, please try to at least look at the assignments and provide commentary. On average, each assignment is about 10 pages in length (some a bit smaller, some a bit larger).
