[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] FW: [CCSDS] PRM White Book 2.5

Attached is Fran's work on the Pointing Requests Message (PRM) 2.5, for your review and comment.  If you have a chance to take a look at this prior to the meetings that commence 23-March-2015 that would be great!  We are hoping to submit this version of the PRM (with possible revisions) for Red Book review after discussion at the meeting.

Hi David,
I sent this e-mail to the distribution list last week but I have not seen it in my inbox back from the list. Either because I submitted it I am not supposed to receive anything or I did not work or I am doing something wrong (most likely). I normally do not use the list so it may well be that it should be a different one; would you please point me to the right one in this case.
