I completed dealing with the suggested revision of the NHM 9 and attach the NHM 10.  First, I combined the various CRMs into a single table and went through it  removing duplicate entries and responding to all of the suggestions.  A version of the combined CRM is attached.


It is color coded according to my response: green if I believe I have satisfied the request, yellow if the request needs more discussion, and red if I reject the request.  Included in the last category are a number of requests that I think are due to MS Word foibles.  For example, hyperlinks and references within the document appeared to disappear​ in some copies.


I have also written extensive comments explaining the various things I have done and reasons behind my choices.  At the London meeting (BTW: last week I finally got official confirmation of my travel authorization) I plan to go through the combined CRM (and if possible with the document projected on an adjacent screen) and discuss each of the issues that need discussion.


The major comments were from you, Patrick, and Juan.  I hope that the entire working group, but at least the three of you, will look at my responses and the changes I've made so we can discuss them in London.
