Minutes

1. Discussion of the remaining open RIDs

The remaining open RIDs have been dispositioned. All ESA RIDs proposed for closure have been agreed.

Currently, there is 1 NASA RID remaining as "proposed for closure" (NASA-013), to be followed up.

RID MPS-017 will require additional analysis, but does not impact the Services testing, limited to the File Formats only.

The RID table has been updated (see attached).

2. Next steps towards Blue Book publication

For the Services prototyping:
- With the RIDs dispositioned, Peter to update the Red Book accordingly, expected by 17 Feb. Some editorial RIDs and the finalisation of the File Formats (section 7, MPS-017) will happen after.
- The "Diff List" with changes to the Services and Information Model to be updated accordingly by Peter. This will then be an input to the Yellow Book tables update by Guillermo.
- Guillermo to update the Yellow Book tables in parallel and provide the "final" version as an input to the prototyping.
- Peter to generate the updated XML Service Specification and provide to Cesar for testing and code production as input to the prototyping.
- Once inputs are available, DLR and ESOC/GMV to finalise the prototyping.
- Finally, the Yellow Book with test reporting to be completed with inputs from all.

For the File Formats prototyping:
- Peter to investigate and develop an automated export from the Blue Book to the XSDs (either directly using Word macros, or from the XML Service Specification), expected end March.
- Peter to update the File Formats test cases (Yellow Book) in line with the updated Red Book and to generate the "mini-XSDs".
- DLR and ESA to perform the File Formats testing and document the results in the Yellow Book.

3. AOB

No next WG meeting planned yet. A dedicated prototyping meeting shall be organised (about three weeks from now).
