[Moims-mp] Updated MP&S Red Book v2 after Agencies Review

Dear all,

Please find attached the latest update v2 of the MP&S Red Book after Agencies Review, including the RID table with a record of all changes.

Currently, all RIDs have been implemented except for some remaining minor editorials. In addition, there could still be small changes resulting from the Prototyping work, but I do not expect anything that would have a major impact on the standard. As such, the book is pretty much "final" now.

Maria and Eric: can you please check in your respective organisations if you concur with the RIDs proposed for closure? Preferably by the 14th of March.
