[Moims-ipr] [CESG] CESG- MOIMS (1) Resolution for the SM&C WG

The following resolution has been approved by MOIMS and should be transmitted
to the CESG via a poll to seek its approval.

My recommendation is that the CESG approves the informal review at Agency
level and does not review the RBs in a 15 days polling cycle.

The CESG ADs can do the review during the Agency informal review (I suggest a
2 months cycle).

MOIMS-SMC WG-R-2005-10-007, Resolution recommending the go-ahead for an
informal review of the 3 new draft SM&C WG RBs at Agency level

The MOIMS Area,

CONSIDERING the following
   the last experience encountered with the SM&C GB
   the reduced availability of MOIMS SM&C resources
   the need to enlarge the number of reviewers at Agency level (on top of the
   CCSDS members)
   the novelty of the approach proposed in the new SM&C Services

and RECOGNIZING that it is compulsory to have this type of informal review
before progressing further with the RB process

RECOMMENDS that the CCSDS Engineering Steering Group initiates a poll
addressing this Area request.
