[Moims-dai] Concept paper on OAIS/ISO16363 and CTS, FAIR principles and TRUST principles

David,A great first effort that can be further expanded to show the benefits of the OAIS - ISO 16363 approach.  I have attached comments to the text. Some of my comments are placeholders to remind you how/where some of the detail are needed.
I think the paper needs a more narrative section to summarize the differences between approaches setting the narrative to then go into the details and specific citations.  We can discuss this Monday.
