It appears as if I did not get the original suggested update into the draft and did not get the subsequent intermediate suggestion into the draft.  Probably best at this point to take Eld’s content as the base for further comments.

It was also noted that terms like Functional Entity … was to be changed to lower case and the references in the end should be removed.
