[Moims-dai] Registering twice

I thought that the NIST registration was only for non-US citizens.

Registering as a Guest with NIST:

 

Please do not register with NIST until after you have registered on the CWE. All meeting attendees, IOAG MOSSG, Technical Plenary, and CESG, who are not US citizens, will need to register with NIST on the NIST Conference Registration Website after completing registration on the CWE.

I'd forgotten about this quirk of using NIST for our meetings.

You have to register twice: once for NIST, once for your meeting sponsor (in our case) CCSDS.  The CCSDS CWE page <https://public.ccsds.org/meetings/2018Spring/default.aspx>  has the details.

I've done both now.
