Hello,
David, I hope your daughter makes a swift recovery.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to participate in today's telecom,
either. If there is someone else that can participate in the call let me
know and I will send you the organizer's code.
I made it about half way through the 20160110 draft and have added comments
to it. The main thing that I have found is that terms are not used
consistently and that often OAIS terms are not used where they should be.
We definitely need to make a clear distinction between data and information.
