I'll take a look at Mark's comments on the ILF version from the CCSDS
meeting.  I also started to add comments to Mike's paper.

Mike Martin had circulated a concept paper and Mark Conrad had circulated
his mark-up of John Garrett's version of  "Information Lifecycle and Long
Term Usage" (ILCLTU) from mid December.

After some discussion is was agreed that in order to try to keep to an
acceptable schedule (i.e. about 10 months' delay to the schedule shown below
- remember that schedule was written almost 3 years ago!) the following
actions are needed:

20160105-1:  Due 20160109:  ACTION for ALL send comments on the main
document (ideally Mark's version) 

20160105-2:  Due 20160111:  ACTION for DG - circulate a clean version of
ILCLTU integrating all comments and including appropriate pieces from Mike's
paper. If possible a brief mapping to the LTDP workflow will be added in
Annex A, and a draft of Annex C will also be produced.

20160105-3:  Due 20160105:  ACTION for DG - circulate schedule from CCSDS
management framework. STATUS: DONE- see below
