[Moims-dai] OMG work in archive

I have been getting more familiar with the SM&C documents now so I can work with some specific functionality. Not doing OMG work.

I’ve just noticed that the OMG has a command/telemetry archive project on their list of projects (#2).  Does anybody know what’s going on there?  Is anyone participating?
