[Moims-dai] OMG work in archive

Traditionally, they work at a lower level than CCSDS. Like the GEMS (Ground
Equipment Monitoring Service). And after they did XTCE, CCSDS "cover
sheeted" it as a CCSDS standard, and new versions of XTCE are being worked
jointly. But this new work may be a new question. I know those guys, and
I'll send them a note later today asking them about their archive
intentions. complimentary or competitive with CCSDS, etc.

It's news to me.

Are they taking over large chunks of CCSDS? Their plans seem to cover more
than Archives.

I've just noticed that the OMG has a command/telemetry archive project on
their list of projects (#2). Does anybody know what's going on there? Is
anyone participating?
