Section 1.2 Document structure: updated.


Section 4.7.2 (DB): table 4-28 checked titles of tables 4-25 and 4-28 updated.

Section 5.2 XFDU SIPs (JG+DS), Mime type: many email exchanges. Decision for simplification ->validated.

=>A(DS)=>propose text for section 5.2.1-> not discussed

Section 7.1 CNES proto (DB): ok for an access through CNES server of public software. Text written. But for the moment, the tool is not available (to be done on DB's side).

=>A(DB): make the CNES proto available through the CNES server of public software: sources and executable. Does the tool work on Windows 10?

DB checked that the SIP builder configuration files are not available through the test cases associated with the CNES tool: this is coherent as this is not the SIP Builder side. But the question is: is there a way to give these files? In annexes (depends on the length of the files)?

=>A(DB): analyze the SIP Builder configuration files. In annexes?

Section 7.2 SIP Builder (Gael): conditions of access and use updated.

 Other topics: from subjects sent the 25th March by Daniele "list of important points to be detailed

*Message management: discussion on the exchange of info between the Producer and the Archive (acknowledgment, anomalies).

Could be included in section "PAIS at a glance".
RD: paragraph on communication, with a focus on the need for agreement between Producer and Archive on how this communication should be done.
DB: this is the major difference between the PAIS, and the exchange standard MEDONA produced by the French National Archives.

*Change management in the MOT: a paragraph could be included in section 3.

*implementation of SIP model elements in XFDU schema: examples of implementations in test cases appear as sufficient.

=>A(WG): keep in mind the topics of "message management" and "change management in the MOT" when reading the GB, and see if it is needed to include associated paragraphs.

=>A(DB)=> complete existing action, send the complete document to the group:

*Check that all XML elements are in courier new (particularly in restriction section)-> done
*Rename figures in annexes when necessary.
*All file names associated with figures have to be checked and renames when needed.
*Include all test cases and annexes in the document.
