6.     Information Lifecycle Framework (ILF)
Material sent by JG (updated document), MM and DB (updated list of topics), and many email exchanges.
=>Topics:
 Discussion:
SR: risk is an important subject.
DB: now as subtopic. The idea is to minimize the list of topics.

-> we have to agree on this list, decide how to present it (alphabetical order or?), and discuss more about the subtopics.
The WG analyzes line per line the list of topics (not enough time to finish). The idea is to write one paragraph per subtopic, with the main idea: (improve current description) short description + why it is important for the Archive? In a practical and useful point of view.
MM: need to provide examples (see the material from MM on data format).
Lines 5, 13, 14, 15 deal with data format, data dictionary, information model
Open point: clarify the links dealing with data description and model.
Open point: where is the best place to put “context information”?
Open point: quality specifications: is that related to the topic “Descriptive Info”, or other (where in the OAIS Info Model)?
=>A(WG): consolidation of list of topics and associated points (previous action with more comments)-> continue the analysis of the table of topics according to the discussions, clarify the open points.

=> activities
 JG has included list of activities with proposal for links with the topics as a starting point.
Probably too ambitious regarding our planning.
A(WG): analysis of the activities from LTDP, PAIMAS, … (see spreadsheet from MM, JG)
Old action=>A(WG): identification of the activities that are important to be highlighted in the document plus explanation (why important?).
