Note: the historical minutes have been suppressed because already included in my email 25th March for the GB part, and I'm not sure it's necessary to keep now the general comments on ICP following all our previous discussions.

2.      1 Core PAIS GB
Discussion from updated core GB sent by DS the 1st May.

1.descriptor Model ID and Descriptor Model Version (section 4.1.3). It is agreed:

For the management of the ID and version of the standard schemas:
*According to the CCSDS rules (Control authority procedures): a change in the Model keeping backward compatibility (e.g. new optional element), implies a new Model version, with the same Model ID. A change in the Model cutting backward compatibility (e.g. new high level node name), implies a new Model ID (with version 1.0).

 For the management of the ID and version of the specialized schemas:
*recommendation to use the same rule, with a naming for the ID different from the CCSDS one.

2.POLDER L0 product: clarification on the term "product": in this case, it is a tar file made up of a header file and a file containing the measures.

3.Need to add a section 5 for a mapping describing the links between the TO and the SIP.

=> A=>(JG) -CLOSED after the telecon: update the core GB according to the discussion, and clean the comments.
