I agree with theses exchanges, and thanks a lot Don for your so quick update.
The best we can you now is to have the GB as easy  to use and understandable as possible for future PAIS users.

Thanks.  Unfortunately for this point, the PAIS standard is already published so the best we can do now is make it clear in the companion Green Book.
