<div>1.descriptor Model ID and Descriptor Model Version (section 4.1.3). It is agreed:</div>

<div>For the management of the ID and version of the standard schemas:</div>
<div>*According to the CCSDS rules (Control authority procedures): a change in the Model keeping backward compatibility (e.g. new optional element), implies a new Model version, with the same Model ID. A change in the Model cutting backward compatibility (e.g.
new high level node name), implies a new Model ID (with version 1.0).</div>
