[Moims-dai] ICP framework

 Hi all,

To initiate something, please find below a proposal for a very draft ICP framework, based on previous document produced by John, and other inputs such as LTDP, with some considerations to be discussed:

1.      Lifecycle is a driver for the preservation activity
2.      Need for identification of the link with OAIS, PAIMAS/PAIS, and also other activities such as value adding/cataloguing (LTDP stewardship)
3.      LTDP approach to be made generic, and need to take into account other transversal activities such as risk, as suggested by Esther (not detailed in the attached document).
