[Css-dts] CCSDS Fall Meeting - Agenda for DTS WG

Yves (and members of the DTSWG),
On Monday morning (27 October), I will be making a presentation to a
plenary session of the CSSA regarding enhancing the forward and return
services to support bitstream services (whether as changes to RAF and
CLTU or as new services would be a matter for CSSA and/or DTSWG to
decide). I am making this presentation on that Monday because one of my
sponsors will be in attendance that day). I would like to request that
some time be made available in the DTSWG agenda to further discuss my
proposals on that Monday afternoon.
