[Css-csts] TD-CSTS Pink Book on CWE

I have generated the draft of the TD-CSTS Pink Book to make it consistent with the version 2 SFW, update references, etc. I have posted it on the CWE at

To the best of my knowledge and ability, this is a complete update. That is, once it has been reviewed and approved by the CSTSWG, it should be ready to be submitted to the Secretariat to begin the Pink Book (or Pink Sheets) all-Agency review.

Please note that the error regarding the buffTrkDataMsgDelExtendedOpsParam/ buffTrkDataMsgDelExtendedProcParam subnodes that was found in TD Blue-1 and raised in the spring workshop has been fixed as part of this update.
