[Css-csts] Comparison of TD-CSTS V0.14 to V0.10

Hello John,

sorry for the delay.

When I started with the CSTS TD Tracking prototype, I took following documents:
- TD-CSTS_W-0 10 150721 for the TD book
- 91x1r2 20150903 for the FW book.

But in the ESA CSTS API I work with, the reference document for the Framework is CCSDS 921.1-R-2 Issue 0.20 -> I don't know which Version from the FW book it is. Perhaps Margherita or Francois knows it.
