[Css-csts] TD-CSTS status package uploaded to CWE

This zipped file contains:

a)      The updated draft (W0.14) of the TD-CSTS, reflecting decisions made at the Cleveland meeting and subsequent changes in the CSTS SFW, and

b)      The graphics files for the figures in the document. For each figure, there are 2 files - the original PowerPoint file, and the compressed .emz file that was inserted into the White Book.

As mentioned for the MD-CSTS book, the proper referencing the appropriate SANA registries still needs to be completed.
