[Css-csts] MD-CSTS status package uploaded to CWE

This zipped file contains:

a)      The updated draft (R-1.7) of the MD-CSTS, reflecting decisions made at the Cleveland meeting and subsequent changes in the CSTS FSW, and

b)      The graphics files for the figures in the document. For each figure, there are 2 files - the original PowerPoint file, and the compressed .emz file that was inserted into the Red Book.

One area that still needs work is that of referencing the appropriate SANA registries. Hopefully this will be pretty straightforward once the decision has been made on how to do so (just search for "registry", "registries", and "SANA")
