[Css-csts] Interoperability test report document

Dear Francois,
following your e-mail and our phone conversation  on this subject, I would 
like to recap herewith the conclusions on the enhancement of the CSTS 
prototype.

- CNES (via its consultant C-S France) will assess all the changes of CSTS 
FW ( version 921x1r2[Draft 201207] from 9th July) that need to be 
implemented on the existing  prototype.

- changes will be distinguished between
1)  those required for implementing the MD Services, and 
2) those that are part of the Framework but are not directly needed by the 
MD Service

- CNES will undertake the implementation of changes of type 1)

- CNES will inform if changes of type 2) imply minor effort, and therefore 
can be implemented in the same context

- if this is not the case, CNES will deliver to ESA the enhanced prototype 
(containing changes of type 1 only), by and of September (tbc).  ESA will 
take over and will implement the changes of type 2.


Please confirm that this is the intended approach.

Also, please  coordinate the enhancement of your "Provider" prototype with 
Tim, who is in charge of the "User" prototype, such that interoperability 
tests get timely scheduled and coordinated

Dear CSTS WG colleagues,

I uploaded to the CWE (CWE-Private/CSTS Framework and Concept) the first 
draft of the "Framework and Monitored Data prototypes interoperability 
test report" document.
For the MD service prototype some additional tests (Information Query, 
Notification) have been included in this document but haven't been done 
yet. On CNES side the updates are now in progress on the prototypes and 
these tests should be done between CNES and NASA when all updates are 
completed.
