[Css-csts] Framework - Return Services including ASN.1

Dear all,

I just uploaded to the CWE (CWE-Private/CSTS Framework and Concept) the
following 2 documents:
   921x1r2[Draft 201207] - Return Services: Specifications with updated ASN.1
   921x1r2[Draft 201207] - ASN.1: ASN.1 text file

I checked the syntax of the ASN.1 with a parser.

In my opinion, the book can be sent to Secretariat for processing.
