White Book version 0.6 of the Guidelines for Specification of Cross
Support Services has been posted to the CWE at URL

This latest version of the Guidelines White Book incorporates comments
from the Colorado Springs meeting. One of the significant changes is
that the specification of the structure and content of a CSTS
specification has been combined into a single section that addresses
CSTSes that are composed of adopted, derived, and service-specific
procedures, as well as CSTSes that are derived from existing CSTSes.
This single section replaces the four separate sections of the previous
version.

 

This version also addresses the specification and documentation of the
transfer syntax identifiers for the service itself, the procedures,
extension parameters, and extended values for the diagnostic and
notification-type parameters.
