[Css-csts] CSTS Teleconference Tuesday 20.05.2008

I uploaded to the CCSDS Web Site the minutes of our last teleconference (See
under "Meeting material").

Our next teleconference will take place on the 20.05 starting at 16:00
European time. The time is later than usual to allow our colleagues from JPL
to participate.

Proposed agenda:
   Review of the guidelines (CSTS Guidelines_W-0.04-080408)
   Review of the Framework recommendation (Draft 0.13)
   Review of the concept (coming soon)
