Dear Yves,

It was a real pleasure working with you and the other CSTS group members 
towards the development of the SLE services.  I truly appreciated your 
management expertise and the group's impressive contributions during the 
course of this work.  I am convinced that the SLE Toolkit approach and the 
new procedures will eventually result in a timely and successful 
implementation.  In the mean-time, I wish you all the very best in your 
continued efforts to expand and further improve the SLE services.
