[Css-csts] SLE SM specification - Annex D

Dear Yves and Wolfgang,

Please find attached Annex D of the SLE Service Management Specification book that provides the mapping of the SM parameters onto the service instance configuration parameters, for your review.

Note that the annex only covers the 3 services currently supported by SLE SM: online RAF, RCF and FCLTU.

The text marked in blue represents references that need to be added when the SLE SM book is finally assembled in one piece.

Please let me know if there are any parameters missing or unnecessary ones that can be deleted.

If you need more information about the SM parameters listed in the annex let me know and I will forward you the relevant SM specification book sections. I decided not to send all the relevant documents in one go so as not to overwhelm you two with information. I know your time is limited, so I am sending just the essential information.
