[Css-csts] CSTS Procedure Templates and Examples

Dear all,

The templates for procedure specifications and example specifications
have been uploaded to the CCSDS CCS-CSTS site, under 'Documents->SLE
Procedures'. The directory contains a zip file named
'cstsProcedureDocumentation.zip' with the following contents;

* 'CSTS [procedure name] Procedure - Template 1.0.dot'. Word template to
be used for the specification of the existing procedures.
* 'CSTS [procedure name] Procedure Change - Template 1.0.dot'. Word
template to be used for the specification of procedure changes.

* CSTS throw-event Procedure - EXAMPLE.doc. Example of the template
usage, based on the throw-event procedure specification.
* CSTS throw-event Procedure Change - EXAMPLE.doc. Example of the
template usage, based on the throw-event procedure change specification.

* CSTS SLEtoolkit - EXAMPLE.EAP. Enterprise Architect model examples. A
license free Enterprise Architect model viewer called 'EALite' can be
downloaded from http://www.sparxsystems.com.au/ea.htm. Likewise can a 30
days free trial version of the full Enterprise Architect tool be
downloaded.

Please notice that the uploaded Enterprise Architect model as well as
the document examples are just that; Examples. They may therefore
contain inconsistencies which will be removed later and should not be
seen as nominative.
