[Css-cssm-info] Published recommendation -- CCSDS 902.13-M-1, Abstract Event Definition (Magenta Book, Issue 1)

The Abstract Event Definition recommendation has been approved for publication and will shortly be available on the CCSDS website.  This recommendation defines an event in the abstract that is the basis for consistent tailoring for use by other CCSDS recommendations, including Cross Support Service Management.
