[Css-cssm-info] Published recommendation -- CCSDS 902.12-M-1, Cross Support Service Management—Common Data Entities (Magenta Book, Issue 1)

The Common Data Entities recommendation has been approved for publication and will shortly be available on the CCSDS website.  This recommendation provides definition for data entities/formats common for Cross Support Service Management in general such as common message header.
