Dear Michael,

Sorry for this late reply. 
At this time, CNES ability to attend is ok. Netherveless, we will have a final internal process one month before the travel.
From CNES side 12 representatives have confirmed to attend meetings in-person, and 3 people to attend in remote.

The responses we have received so far are:

ESA - Some representatives intend to attend. Confirmation expected 11 March.
INPE - Plan to attend meetings in-person.
JAXA - Would like to attend, but ability to in doubt.
NASA - Will attend in-person.
ROSCOSMOS - Will not be attending.

My apologies if I missed any responses in my summary. If you have not responded, we would appreciate your feedback. If your agency's ability to attend is not clear at this point, any information you can provide would be welcome.

NASA plans to facilitate hybrid meetings for working groups where it is necessary.

Yes, we understand this message.
Relaxation of travel restrictions in Japan is slow but some progress are planned on 1st March, tomorrow.
Let us see how JAXA Guidance reflects this relaxation. I'm looking forward to seeing a very good progress.

Thank you for your assessment.  I agree that the situation is not  settled, although it is improving slowly.

I support planning for a hybrid meeting, just  in case.   As we  get closer, if travel restrictions ease, we can hope that a majority of participants try to be  present in person.   I know I will be there.
