[CMC] Fall 2019 CCSDS Technical Meetings Schedule

Dear Area Directors and Working Group Chairs,

I have prepared a draft meeting schedule for the fall 2019 technical meetings. Since this spring's technical meetings were also held on a 4-day schedule, I have begun my planning there and endeavored to meet your anticipated needs. There are 15 meeting rooms available at the Darmstadium and additional meeting rooms will be available at ESOC, about 2.8km distant. I expect to be able to grant all requests for additional meetings or other modifications. Please send me any requests for changes or approvals of the current schedule at your earliest convenience.

I would like to have a schedule that is mostly complete by Friday 23 August 2019 so Tech Support may begin populating the CWE registration system.
