Dear CMC Members,

CMC Poll, CMC-P-2019-01-001 Approval of CMC Minutes October 2018 in Berlin, Germany, has concluded with five (5) responses as of 31 January, 2019. Before officially sending the results of the poll, I would like to ask if there are any outstanding responses from members who were unable to respond on the polling website.

Five (5) affirmative responses is one short of the majority required to adopt the minutes. If there are no additional responses, I will formally announce the results of the poll which will be to initiate a second poll to approve the minutes.
