<p class="MsoNormal">CMC Poll, CMC-P-2019-01-001 Approval of CMC Minutes October 2018 in Berlin, Germany, has concluded with five (5) responses as of 31 January, 2019. Before officially sending the results of the poll, I would like to ask if there are any outstanding
responses from members who were unable to respond on the polling website.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Five (5) affirmative responses is one short of the majority required to adopt the minutes. If there are no additional responses, I will formally announce the results of the poll which will be to initiate a second poll to approve the minutes.<o:p></o:p></p>
