[CMC] CMC Draft Agenda for Darmstadt (Fall 2015)

Dear CMC Members:

Attached is the draft agenda for the Fall 2015 meeting in Darmstadt, Germany (16-18 November 2015). It has also been uploaded on the CWE. Based on the discussions at the Spring 2015 meeting in Nagano, two agenda items have been added to reflect the decisions made at that meeting:


1.       A brief agency project priority report (as part of the agency report) to determine each agency's priorities is agenda item #5 (placed in the beginning of the agenda, per the discussions, so that the CESG Area Directors are informed as well).

2.       New project review and approval is agenda item #10

NOTE: It was also decided that agency activity reports will only be given once a year starting this Fall 2015. The next agency full activity report will be Fall 2016. The link to upload the agency reports is given below.
