Attached are logistical information for the upcoming CMC meeting in Nagano, Japan from 18-21 May 2015. Please note the hotel reservation deadline of Thursday, 16 April 2015. The completed form must be submitted to Ms. Hitomi Wada by the deadline (do not submit directly to the hotel).
