The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on line for 
CCSDS Agency review:

      CCSDS 211.1-P-2.1.  Proximity-1 Space Link Protocol--Physical Layer.
                          Pink Sheets.  December 2004.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This draft update to Proximity-1 Space Link 
Protocol--Physical Layer adds requirements for data rate offset and short- 
and long-term rate stability.

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 2005-8-31.  More information is available at the Web site 
identified below.
